Engineers Without Borders

In August 2011, I traveled to Omoa, Honduras for an assessment trip in the town of Tegulcigalpita. We evaluated their current water resources by visiting the town's water source and testing water samples. We also conducted focus groups and one-on-one interviews with town residents to evaluate their pain points and current water needs. This was a truly life-changing experience for me, realizing how much we take water for granted back at home.
