Can we create a Go-To-Market Plan to introduce our product to potential customers?
During Launch Phase, our main objective is to create familiarity of our product with potential customers. With neurosurgeons as our early adopters, we wanted to create "The DuraSense Experience," where neurosurgeons can test drive our graft in a simulated environment. This would be available at up and coming conferences and trade shows. Our booth can also be used as a way to educate the medical community and general public about current technologies used for craniotomies. Interested users can go to the company website and order a free trial kit that will contain samples of our dural graft.
